ALBERTA ELECTRICAL ALLIANCECOVID-19 MEMBER UPDATES
The Alberta Electrical Alliance strives to bring our industry together in many different ways. During difficult times, fulfilling that mandate becomes even more important.
We want our members to have access to useful information, all in one place. Below, we've compiled AEA member company updates and how their operations are currently impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

- All branches are open
- Each counter has physical barriers in place for maintaining social distancing
- Phone and email orders available with same day pickup
- No cash payments and no returned products accepted until further notice

- Temporary reduction of hours of operation effective March 25, 2020
- Edmonton branch will be open 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Leduc branch will be open 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Social measures as per AHS policies effective March 30, 2020:
- Account Managers are working from home and only seeing customers when necessary
- Orders are encouraged via telephone or email
- Drivers delivering to site will be practicing social distancing
- Entry to branch showrooms will be restricted to adhere to AHS best practices, with alternate pickup and payment methods

EWEL Electrical Wholesalers
- We are limiting business transactions to call in/pick up orders only at this time
- South and Park branch will have pickup via the back doors. Front doors will be closed
- Orders that are COD (Cash On Delivery) must be paid for before pickup
