Tyler Shellenberg is a Business Center Operations Leader with Stantec, where he leads multidisciplinary teams delivering complex buildings and infrastructure projects across Western Canada. Based in Calgary, he is responsible for business operations, project delivery excellence, talent development, and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of markets and clients. 

An electrical engineer by training, Tyler has near two decades of experience in the planning, design, and delivery of varying facilities. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale institutional, commercial, industrial, transportation, public sector, and mission-critical projects, helping clients navigate technical challenges while balancing operational, reliability, sustainability, and business objectives.

In addition to his engineering background, Tyler has held progressively senior leadership roles within Stantec, leading teams of technical professionals, project managers, and business leaders. His experience spans project execution, business center operations, client relationship management, workforce development, and organizational strategy. He is particularly passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and creating scalable delivery models that support complex programs and emerging markets.
