We will be giving to the Magic of Christmas for our 13 year totaly over $11,000 just at this event. Donate at check out and or at the event please bring cash. Donations over $200 you can request a charitable tax receipt, but you must state that you would like one. When you check out you can donate, at the event registration or at your table.

Do you have a wear Christmas sweaters?
No, you can wear what you would wear to work. If you work construction ....clean would be nice.
Table Sizes?
Tables are for 8 people, if you want 10 you will just have to email or call the AEA office.
How do I find my Table?
If you purchase 4 or more tickets we will mark your table with your company name. Less people we will have a map with suggestions where to sit.
What is the Magic of Christmas Charity?
AEA and it's members have been donating for the last 13 years. The Magic of Christmas is a 100% volunteer, non-denominational charity based in the city of Calgary.
Every Christmas Eve, we load up Calgary Transit buses, magically transformed into “reindeer buses,” with hundreds of gifts and volunteers dressed as Santa and his elves. How can I donate?
You can donate when you pay for your Christmas tickets, at registration, at the event or give cash at your table during the event.
What happens at this event?
You will get to shake hands with 400 of your customers and colleagues. See some of the scholarship winners, this is where your $ goes when you buy draw tickets...thank you again. Visit. See the individuals that have achieved milestones in the industry and emerging leaders being presented with an award. Visit some more. Eat some delicious food. Visit just a little bit more.
