BUS INFORMATION:
This is new, we have been notified by the course that the police often sit waiting. We want everyone to be safe, at least 56 of you. Pick up will be at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino 6:30 am SHARP. Snooze ya loose. Drop off will be at same location. Both ways only.

Hang out at a hole and meet everyone or just come golfing with us. We use these funds to purchase prizes that you will buy draw tickets. Those funds help us raise money for the Scholarships we give out annually.
Hole in one packages are available to members only. You must supply two people for witnesses. $10K - $330, $15K - $435, $20K - $520 and $25K - $630. Contact AEA office for details.

The course has informed us that the Police often patrol the area, and we want to keep you and your guests safe. There is only 58 Spots on the bus so you will have to reserve and pay for your seats. Pick up and drop off will be at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. Pick up will be ?A.M.

You can also sit at the hole meeting everyone that passes by. You will need to contact AEA first as there requires some organizing with this.
If you do not want to golf and just sit at a hole, all details will have to be cleared by us for the course. This will include two people for breakfast and dinner only. Extra's can pay contact Tara.
We have been informed by the course that the police often have a vehicle(s) right out side the golf course. There is only one way in and out.
We are offering you a safe ride back into Calgary so you and your guests do not have to worry.
Pick up will be at ? AM at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino and returning same location.
If you do not book in advance we will not know your coming so please book in advance.
FUN first off, we play best ball, or if you like you can play your own ball if you DO NOT slow play up. If the marshall comes you will have to speed up and play best ball.
