Hesam holds 18 years of experience in analyzing and designing complex electrical systems, including renewable energy projects. His work designing solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS) ensures efficient, high-performance and cost-effective projects that comply with electrical codes and standards.

He has designed several Distributed Energy Resources (DER) projects including solar PV projects ranging from 100 kW to 400 MW and BESS projects ranging from 46 kWh to 400 MWh. Hesam has significant expertise with the latest technologies and products on the market related to solar systems and BESS, and holds PhD in Energy Systems from University of Alberta.”
