What if it's raining/snowing/Alberta weathering?
Ya never do know in Alberta what you're going to get. We have only had to cancel once. IF we have to cancel, you will be notified the day before or the morning of.
Do we play a scramble or best ball?
YES, we do. If your team is great and should be on tour, you can keep your own score. However, prizes will be determined by best ball score cards.

Should I bring cash?
YES, this course does not usually have a cash machine. You will want to buy mulligans cause we always have amazing prizes.
Do I have to be a member of the AEA to attend?
We encourage everyone to become a member of the AEA, but you do not have to be a member to participate in this event.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 14 days to request a 50% refund; after that, no refunds will be available. Items are purchased and reserved with your attendance. You can always swap out individuals person for person.
Can I rent clubs?
Yes, you will have to contact the course and rent them.
