Robert Tremblay
Policy Manager, Energy Storage Canada
Robert leads policy analysis and advocacy efforts across Alberta while contributing to federal and technical policy initiatives nationally. Since joining ESC in 2022, he has supported the organization’s work advancing regulatory and market frameworks that enable the growth of energy storage across Canada.
A Professional Engineer with experience in transmission line design, electricity markets, and energy storage integration, Robert brings strong technical expertise to ESC’s policy development work. He works closely with industry participants, regulators, and policymakers to support competitive electricity markets and strengthen Canada’s clean energy advantage.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta."
