Sponsorship – What's the value?
Sponsorship packages include your logo on website with link, socials, at the event, on a hole, on flyer day of.
Special mention, Priority Hole placement, reserved table (if golfing).
You can also sit at the hole meeting everyone that passes by. You will need to contact AEA first as there requires some organizing with this.
If you do not want to golf and just sit at a hole, all details will have to be cleared by us for the course. This will include two people for breakfast and dinner only. Extra's can pay contact Tara.
Why have a bus?
We have been informed by the course that the police often have a vehicle(s) right out side the golf course. There is only one way in and out.
We will have a bus that fits 24 people on the way back into Calgary stopping at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. You and your guests do not have to worry.

Pick up will be at 3:30 pm at Serenity going to the Deerfoot Inn and Casino.
What is the format of the tournament?
FUN first off, we play best ball, or if you like you can play your own ball if you DO NOT slow play up. If the marshall comes you will have to speed up and play best ball.

What if it's raining/snowing/Alberta weathering?
Ya never do know in Alberta what you're going to get. We have only had to cancel once. IF we have to cancel, you will be notified the day before or the morning of.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 14 days to request a 50% refund; after that, no refunds will be available. Items are purchased and reserved with your attendance. You can always swap out individuals person for person.
Can I rent clubs?
Yes, you will have to contact the course and rent them.
