Sponsorship: What is the value?
Sponsorship packages include your logo on website with link, socials, at the event, on a hole, on flyer day of. Special mention, Priority Hole placement, reserved table (if golfing).
You can also sit at the hole meeting everyone that passes by. You will need to contact AEA first as there requires some organizing with this.
If you do not want to golf and just sit at a hole, all details will have to be cleared by us for the course. This will include two people for breakfast and dinner only. Extra's can pay contact Tara.
Breakfast sponsorship, what is the value?
Breakfast sponsors (4 Available & $500 for members) receive all the regular sponsorship offerings, plus a dedicated sign where the breakfast is being served.
You're welcome to hand out the sandwiches and greet all the hungry customers. You will be the morning hero.
Coffee + food = HERO.
What format is the tournament?
FUN first of, we play best ball, or if you like you can play your own ball if you DO NOT slow play up. If the martial comes you will have to speed up and play best ball.

What if it's raining, etc.?
It is Alberta, so dress accordingly.
Why have this tournament?
FUN first of all. Second, these tournaments help raise funds so we can give out as many scholarships as we can.
Do I have to be a member of the AEA to attend?
We encourage everyone to become a member of the AEA, but you don't have to be a member to participate in this event.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 14 days for a 50% refund. After that, no refunds. Items, etc., are purchased and reserved based on attendance numbers. You can always swap out person for person.
